How to use your Himalayan Salt Footplates
- Simply place each Footplate in the microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds or in the oven at 250 degrees for approximately 6 minutes.
- Ensure the Footplates are of a comfortable temperature before placing your feet on them. Sit and relax for at least 15-minutes and enjoy the soothing feeling and let the detoxification process begin. You can keep your feet on the Footplates for longer and reheat as needed.
- To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth and store, Do not use any detergents or immerse in water.
Himalayan Salt Footplates can also be placed in the fridge or freezer and used as Cold Treatments on feet and hands.
