Apply Liberally to sore areas 3-4 times daily.

Ingredients: 

Arnica infused in Sunflower oil, Coconut oil, Beeswax, Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, Lavender and Peppermint essential oils.
Safety Precaution:  For external use only. Do not apply to open wounds. Not for use during pregnancy. Discontinue if allergic reaction occurs
